While the early days of September have been so warm it’s hard to remember that we are beginning our transition to fall! But indeed, the seasons are shifting, and we have a few updates for you.
Tasting Room Hours
Our tasting room will remain open 7 days a week until the end of September.
Monday-Saturday 11am-6pm
Sunday 1pm-6pm
As long as the weather will permit, the patio and picnic area will remain open so you can continue visiting for wine by the flight, glass or bottle and enjoy outdoor tastings. As of October 1st, the tasting room will be closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We will close for the season as of October 29th but keep an eye out for an announcement with limited winter hours!
Harvest Update
While we are normally preparing to spend several intense weeks harvesting and processing our fruit, this year will be different. Harvest will be brief as our vines are largely fruitless, apart from our Riesling which has about 5% of a typical yield. While not ideal, we are looking on the bright side; this fall we will have more time to spend with our loved ones and get to some projects that have been on the back burner. Regardless, we’re thrilled to report that the vines are healthy and the fruit we do have is exceptional. The 2023 season has been beautiful, allowing our vines to rejuvenate wonderfully. Provided this coming winter doesn’t bring extreme cold, we are hopeful for a return to normal production in 2025.
