A complexed bouquet, weaving together the best of both fermentation methods. The French oak imparts warm notes of vanilla bean and a hint of brioche, while the stainless steel adds a fresh backbone of citrus zest. The oak becomes apparent mid-palate, adding a smooth, creamy texture of buttered popcorn and roasted hazelnut. With time this wine will develop further complexity.
