2021 Pinot Noir

Light bodied and barrel aged in mostly neutral French oak. Extraordinary aromas of dried plum, fresh cherry and nutmeg fill the nose. The palate is fruit forward, with cherry and raspberry followed by savoury notes of clove, pepper and earth.
